Study Of The Preparation Process And Quality Standards Of The The Penyan Granules

We studied the production process systematically.Different extraction conditions were studied,the quality of extracta and the content of aurantiamarin was used as productivity index.Orthogonal experiment method was used to prioritize the productioncondition of extraction and purification,which provides the scientific evidence for bulk production.In the quality study,TLC was performed distinguishably with clear Chromatographic marks and good degree of separation.HPLC was used to quantify aurantiamarin(effective ingredient inaurantii nobilis pericarpium).Remarkable peak was achieved reproducibly with high recovery rate,high accuracy,high stabilityand easy operation,and is regarded as an effective quantity analysis method for aurantiamarin.Establish the analysis method of Fu Fang Pen Yan Kang granules.
