With the development of the times and the improvement of modern people's requirements for material standards,sheet customers have higher and higher requirements for the quality of the strip shape,and the flatness of the strip shape is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of the strip shape.It becomes more and more important.Although the stretch-bending straightening technology has been widely used in our country,in actual production,the short service period of the galvanizing unit stretch-straightening machine bending unit has become its shortcoming.If the strip shape is not good,it will cause great impact and wear on the work roll of the tension leveler,which will accelerate the surface wear and wear of the roll end support bearing.If one end of the roller end support bearing wears out,as the wear progresses,the other side support bearing will come out of the support sleeve,and the roll-off event will occur,causing the galvanized sheet surface to be scratched or even the strip will stop.The production caused great losses.In order to solve these problems,this thesis mainly carried out the following work:(1)Taking the drawing and leveling machine of a galvanized production line in a thin plate factory as the research object,based on its structure,working principle,actual working environment and the reaction force of abnormal strip steel to the work roll,the mechanical behavior of the work roll and the intermediate roll of the bending unit is studied.Due to the complex working conditions,how to obtain the force status has become the difficulty and focus of the research.This paper uses the inverse solution method to successfully solve this problem,which lays the foundation for the establishment of the mechanical model and simulation analysis.(2)Use Solidworks to create three-dimensional models of work rolls and strip steel,roll end support bearings and support sleeves,save them as.x?t format,and import them into the corresponding analysis modules of Workbench to perform wear simulation,stress and deformation characteristics analysis and temperature simulation,combined with the on-site Compare and analyze the points of failure and problems,and find solutions.Take measures from process improvement,equipment modification,electrical detection,etc.,to further solve the thorny problems encountered by the production line.(3)The simulation first uses Workbench to analyze the wear of the work roll,discretizes the continuous wear process,and reduces the simulation time of the work roll by selecting an appropriate wear amplification factor.This method provides a way for the friction and wear analysis in production.A brand-new analysis technology and tools;then use Workbench to analyze the friction and heat generation of the work roll end support bearing.As long as the roller end support bearing jams or locks,even at the lowest speed and small load,Rapid wear occurs in a short period of time,and the temperature of the support sleeve also rises rapidly.(4)According to the content of the research and analysis of this subject,it provides a very valuable reference and guidance for the extension of the service life of the work roll of the bending unit of the galvanizing unit and the stable production.In this paper,aiming at the short service period of the tension leveler in a galvanizing line of a thin plate factory,based on the in-depth study of its structural composition and working principle,dynamic analysis and finite element simulation are carried out,and took a series of measures in conjunction with the site.It solves the frequent replacement of the roll box of the bending unit of the tension leveler,prevents the occurrence of roll dropping,greatly reduces the spare parts and maintenance and repair costs,and ensures the increase in the output of the galvanized sheet and the stability of its quality.
