In this thesis, orthogonal experiment was performed on artificial complex corrosion equipment (ACCE), the materials investigated were LC4CS (ply metal) and LY12CZ (ply metal) for aeronautic industry. The effects of primary factors were investigated by means of maximum difference analysis, the optimum sequence and constitution of primary factors were concluded, and rain-modal accelerated corrosion methods were obtained for LC4CS and LY12CZ. In addition, electrochemical tests were applied to analyze the effect of accelerators and the relation between electrochemical and the rain-modal accelerated corrosion tests. In electrochemical tests, same accelerators with the rain-modal accelerated corrosion tests were used. In the end, continuous salt spray , cyclic salt spray and immersion test were performed in order to compared with the rain-modal accelerated corrosion tests. The accelerating sequence was immersion test, the rain-modal accelerated corrosion test, continuous salt spray , cyclic salt spray. Using gray correlation theory, the correlation between accelerated corrosion and atmospheric exposure tests was discussed, the relationship between indoor accelerated corrosion and atmospheric exposure tests were obtained. |
