In thesis, the text introduces that the silicon delay composition its delay time regular changed under room temperature and low temperature conditions and how to control it. Research indicates that after heating in high temperature silicon powder be made into delay chemical. There is no effect to the stability of delay time. After ageing treatment in high temperature delay chemical be made into delay product, its delay time is more steady. Low temperature has a treat effect to the delay time. Delay time be prolonged.
