| Because of reflect on sustainable development of environment resources from legal sociology is base on lots of research and analysis about condition of environment resources and construction of environment resources law. At the beginning the paper introduces legal sociology about theory of sustainable development. This is the theory base for this paper.After that this paper investigates the juristic construction of sustainable development about our country's environment resources. First, this paper analyzes our country's environment resources and people's notion about environment resources. According to those analyses, this paper uses theory from legal sociology to evaluate our country's environment resources law and find the problem in juristic construction of sustainable development about our country's environment resources.At last, this paper researches necessity and feasibility of rebuild juristic construction about our country's environment resources. The development of reality reminds us again that we should analyze the law exhaustively, especially analyzes the social affection. We should heed complicated contradiction in society and in fact standard of adjustment this contradiction is sundry during constructing law system of environment resources. Because there is no fixed system in law, rebuild our environment resources law is necessary. Base on this, this paper analyzes feasibility of rebuild juristic construction about our country's environment resources. |
