At present,aluminum is extensive applied to product of countries.The current single-use of aluminum are generally self-baking anode electrolytic alumina or from prebaked.Anode materials is usually for carbon anode.The purpose of this paper is seeking and preparation for an inert anode materials to replace the existing consumption of carbon-anode.Inert anode itself does not participate in electrolytic reaction,no consumption or trace consumption.So can reduce the cost of production,energy conservation and increased production.At the same time,it has an environment-friendly.If it Was developed and applied,it would bring traditional electrolytic industrial technological revolution.However,the technology has yet to unsuccessful.Their manufacture of large-scale is one of the major projects of technical problems.In this paper,Combined Al metallurgical industrial development in the status quo, the latest research developments at home and abroad,spinel oxide ceramic NiFe2O4 the good corrosion resistance Copper's fine conductive and mechanical properties,we try add nano-NiO to improve the processing of metallic ceramic toughness and poor.NiFe2O4-based cermets were prepared by doping the NiFe2O4 ceramic matrix with the mixed powders of Cu as the electrical conducting metallic elements and different quality nano-NiO had been added,these samples was divided into five groups,each with two samples.They were sintered at 1000℃-1200℃. Characterization techniques such as XRD,optical microscopy,and experimental apparatuses such as high temperature electric resistance determination equipment and simulation of corrosion were adopted to study the effects of nano-NiO content in ceramic phase of cermets and Cu on the corrosion behavior,density,bending strength and electric conductivity of cermets,moreover,the corrosion and electric conductivity mechanisms were also discussed.I have achieved certain results.
