Membrane Separation And Ultrafine Grinding Technology Applied Research In The Preparation Of Ganoderma Lucidum

Ganoderma lucidum have highly nutritional and medicinal value.On the market nowdays there are many Ganoderma products,a lot of their preparation process are using water to extract effective components from Ganoderma lucidum,and the traditional concentration of Ganoderma water extract needs high energy consumption, production costs are also high,at the same time,in the extraction of active ingredient content,the yield and purity of products such as quality defects there.To take full advantage of the value of Ganoderma lucidum,this paper try to find out one kind of energy-saving and efficient preparation of Ganoderma lucidum extract,for prepares the ganoderma lucidum intermediate good to provide a new mentality effectively.In this paper,first used micro-milling technology to smash the ganoderma lucidum raw material,then conducts the extraction experimental study,the water extract of the fungus concentrated by the membrane separation technology;Thin layer chromatography was used for identification of the chemical constituents of Ganoderma Lucidum.the content of Polysaccharide of Ganoderma Lucidum was determined by ultraviolet-visi-ble spectrophotometry;The present study was conducted using the mice inhibited by cyclophosphamide(Cy),determination of the membrane concentration and ordinary concentration samples on immune function in mice.The results showed that,the TLC chromatograph spot of micro-miling was deeper than ordinary pulverization Ganoderma Lucidum,the content of Polysaccharide of micro-miling was enhanced more 4 times than ordinary pulverization Ganoderma Lucidum.The content of Polysaccharide of membrane concentration dry extract was significantly higher than that of traditional concentration dry extract,and the TLC chromatograph spot of the two concentration methods with the fungus medicine or other reference substance have same spot in the corresponding position.Ganoderma extract after micro-mill that concentrate by the membrane separation technology,ordinary concentration samples and Ganoderma preparation immunocompromised mouse cells and humoral immunity were obvious role in promoting.Preliminary results showed that,This energy-efficient micro-milling technology and membrane separation technology used in enrichment Ganoderma extract preparation to be the product have good quality,For it further applies in the big production provides the basis.
