In the health-care food, because ganoderma lucidum helps to moisturize the skin, enlivens appearance. For the purpose of beauty products will be the focus of development future. However, as a result of backward extraction process of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, the color of the product is brown, the major impurity has the pigment, the protein and some small molecular material, seriously affects the color of cosmetics.Therefore, the article focus on a series of problems of decoloration for ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides solution.Firstly, extraction and pretreatment of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide. The extraction process uses fixed proportion of material and water for 20∶1, the water bath vibrating 2.5h under the 85℃, the extraction number of 2 times, the extraction rate for 2.33%, it Takes the ganoderma lucidum Carpophore as raw material. The ethyl alcohol sinks mellowly ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides that may except small molecular monosaccharide and widowed sugar, it is best for the effect of 75% ethyl alcohol sinking, ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide content is 26.2%, the protein content is 10.28%.Secondly, eight macroporous resins and four ion-exchange resin for properties of decolorization of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides solution is comparative studied from the resin polarity, ion type, specific surface area and average pore size and other characteristics respectively, it takes the extraction of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides as raw material. The results show that: 1) pigment type of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide mainly is the anion member, also few nonpolar and the weak polar molecule. 2) In the case of adsorption for non-polar and weakly polar pigment molecule, the percent of decolorization and the resin polarity are in reverse proportion. 3) nonpolar and the weak polar pigment molecule already has the small member, also has the big volume, majority of pigment molecular for diameter is the bigger than 18nm, therefore along with enlargement for the aperture and relative surface, the adsorption rate of pigment will also enhance. 4) percent of decolorization of anion resin compare to cation exchange resin is the significantly higher, and the weak basicity function group for -NH2 anion resin decolorizes well. The greatest decolorization rate was 95%.Thirdly, the adsorption dynamics experiments are carried under the different temperatures and amount of resin, it takes the D392 anion resin as the decolorization resin,the results show that: 1) Isothermal model for pigment adsorption of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide with D392 anion resin is suitable for Freundlich equation and polymolecular layer adsorption. 2) The pigment adsorption is absorption heat, spontaneous, the entropy impetus primary of chemical adsorption process, the high temperature is advantageous to adsorption. 3) The D392 anion resin of static state of adsorption rate curve conforms to the Lagergren rate equation for first-level and Kannan & Sundaram for particle diffusion model, the adsorption rate is jointly controlled by the fluid film and the pellet proliferation.Fourthly, the new hydroxylation aluminum salt regenerant is studied in order to regeneration of D392 decolorization resin, finally indicate: 1) force size of ion and pigment molecule: [Na+]<[Ca2+] = [Mg2+] = [Zn2+]<[Al3+].2) the desorption effects of adsorption pigment as follows: concentration of the aluminum chloride > desorption temperature> the amount of sucrose> the amount of CaO. 3) hydroxylation aluminum salt regenerant's suitable density is determined through the orthogonal test and it is the composition that: 2g of resin:42mL(40g/LAlCl3+5g/L of sucrose+2mL50g/LCa(OH)2 of regenerant).Fifthly, dynamic decolorization craft of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is studied by using the D392 decolorization resin.finally indicates that the best technological conditions of the D392 anion resin for the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide pigment's adsorption is: the ratio of height and diameter for 9, speed of flowing for 5BV/h, single process load for10BV, the percent of decolorization is 86%, polysaccharide retention rate is 79%. And the hydroxylation aluminum salt can desorb effectively the pigment of decolorization resin compare to the NaOH regenerant, and using the new regeneration method can remove highly efficiency the pigment for resin adsorbing, it can reduce its decolorization ability to drop the speed, the loss of resin and lengthen the life of resin well.
