| Petrochemical industry is one of the pillar industries of national economy. It is an important material basis for social and economic development. However, the production of oil refining is a high-risk industry as a result of complex process, large scale, inflammable and explosive medium, poisonous and harmful medium. Along with the development of economy, social demand of petrochemical products is growing rapidly as well as the development of the oil refining industry. The RFCC system is the key device of a refinery. Accompanied by the continuous expansion of production scale, safe, stable, long-period operation is particularly important. So Risk identification, risk assessment and finding the potential risk factors of the production process are important measures to ensure smooth operation of the production.Safety assessment is the key technology of safety management. Improving and strengthening preventive measures against the risk on the basis of enhancing security evaluation techniques and methods is of great significance to reduce accidents, casualties and property losses. This dissertation studies the dynamic evaluation of the risk of the RFCC system for the purpose to support the early warning system of key device of oil refining. The main contents in this dissertation were described as follow:(1) Risk identification of the key device of oil refining. Follow the basic principles of comprehensive, systematic, accurate and scientific in risk identification. Take unit division of the system scientifically and rationally. Identify the devices of various types of risk, according to the analysis model of "point- line–area".(2) Evaluation mode and method of risk early-warning system. In this dissertation, evaluation model consists of conventional risk assessment, the typical risk assessment and risk assessment of the dynamic processes.(3) Grading standards of risk Early-warning system. Determine the risk grading standards combined with actual situation.(4) Analysis of experimental study. This dissertation takes the RFCC of Daqing Refining & Chemical as research object. |
