As one of the mainstay industries in China,the petrochemical industry has developed rapidly in recent years.By the end of 2018,there were 27,813 enterprises above designated size in China,but their frequent accidents also caused huge casualties and property losses.Due to the geographical distribution characteristics of China's chemical industry,more than 95% of chemical products need to be transported off-site.Among the three modes of railway transportation,water transportation and automobile transportation,the automobile transportation through road transportation has become the main transportation mode in China.According to statistics,during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,hazardous chemicals transportation accidents accounted for more than 68% of the total number of chemical accidents.This paper sorts out the existing road transportation risk warning methods for hazardous chemicals transport vehicles at home and abroad,and builds a real-time risk early warning model for the road segment unit based on the real-time risk early warning model established for long-tube trailers and deep-cooled tankers.Based on the real-time risk data accumulated over a period of time,a risk index model for vehicles,enterprises and road segment units is established,and historical data is statistically analyzed.The domestic and international hazardous chemicals management and transportation monitoring system was sorted out.In view of its shortcomings,the real-time risk early warning model of the hazardous chemicals transport vehicle and the real-time risk early warning model of the road segment unit were used to develop the risk early warning system for hazardous chemicals transport vehicles.The demonstration units and demonstration vehicles were selected for example testing and optimization.Through comparison,this paper chooses java as the development language,MySQL as the database,Apache and Tomcat as the server,introduces Baidu map API as the display carrier,and combines other web technologies to develop the unit risk early warning system for hazardous chemicals transport vehicles.Its main functions are as follows:(1)The system automatically obtains the datas required for the risk warning model.Through the on-board equipment monitoring system,the public network weather interface,the emergency platform front end,etc.,the real-time data required for the risk early warning model is automatically obtained,and the real-time risk is automatically calculated,thereby avoiding the cumbersome and mistakes of manual entry.(2)Risk map display.The calculated real-time risk is displayed to the user through the Baidu map API,and the high-risk information is alarmed by color and sound,and the relevant risk indicator parameter values are displayed in real time,which is beneficial to analyzing the cause of the high risk,thereby adopting pertinence Measures.(3)Historical risk statistics.For the historical risk data accumulated in the database,different risk index models are designed for hazardous chemicals transport vehicles,hazardous chemicals transport enterprises and road segment units,and high-risk vehicles,enterprises and road segment units are analyzed,which is the key supervision of the government safety supervision department.The internal performance appraisal and transportation personnel training provide reference and decision-making basis.
