Roll Management System Design And Implementation

The key of production spare part to steel enterprises are rolls, the management level of which directly affect the quality of products and the maintenance of production organization. Commonly, roll management can be divided into general management system and on-site operation. According to the differences between system and on-site operation, I had established roll management information system, which would be shared. System operators can track the situation , stock condition and consumption of roll dynamically and timely, to achieve precise, accurate roll management. On-site operators can use the system to standardize process , reduce misoperations, make roller workshop running efficiently as well. I constructed the roll consumption forecast system and on-site guided using roll economically and reasonably by integrating system information both interior and exterior, eventually, helped enterprises standardizing and integrating the business of roll management from the vertical and horizontal dimension, then achieving lifecycle, all-around management.Based on the demand analysis of general management system and field-level operation of stainless steel branch, I had discussed the application interface language Develop/2000, background database system, Oracle, C / S system software architecture, as well as communications middleware XCOM. On the base of it, I had stressly analyzed the E-R system map, data sheets, as well as the structure of the system' s organizational structure, division of personnel and communication mechanisms, then used regression analysis model establishing the relationship of roll consumption and output to foresee roll consumption. Furthermore, in allusion to the interior system and exterior system , I' d discussed the system integration project as well. Finally, I had probed the direction of system' s further development.
