Research And Implementation Of Roll Management System In Hot Rolling Of Tang Steel

Hot rolling department matches 3 roll shop for 3 mill line,a total of nine grinders,the assembly,grinding and maintenance of all the work roll,backup roll etc.The original roller management which is completed by hand is inefficient.It is difficult to record and save the roll process data.Roll performance can't be evaluated,can't meet the requirements of roll fine management.Roll management system can solve these problems.According to the existing problems of Tang Steel roll management,through the analysis of the demand of roller management,the paper defines the location of the roll management system.This study uses existing resources,designed according to the actual needs,determine the system's overall architecture and roll management process,put forward the requirements of system function and data communication,points out the task of the system design.The purpose of the study is to use Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server to develop a computer management system,and to make scientific management of the roller.This study describes the design ideas of main function and the realization of this system,and introduces the structure of database,the communication mode of the system to other systems and data formats.This study expounds the system testing and realization process.One of the main characteristics of the roller management system is to process the data of the roller,which is convenient for the management of the roller data.Two is the communication function of the system and related system,so that the grinder,this system and rolling line computer are integrated,so that the data collection and sharing automatically.Three is to achieve a perfect system to record and query the roll data.Roll management system is to achieve the design function.Through nearly half a year of applications,the system is stable,simple and efficient.The original work done manually is now automatically completed by the computer.Roll data can be easily shared among multiple business systems in different departments.The roll management system has become an important part of the management system of the hot rolling equipment.
