| Nowadays during the projects of BF construction and maintenance in and abroad, in order to reduce the schedule of the construction ,we start to change the traditional installation technologies to a new faster one . For instance ,the BF maintenance in Russia,No.6 Kawasaki Steel blast furnaces ; similar as domestic steel companies such as Jiu gang Tai gang and so on . But there is no such pre experience of quick installation for 4000M~3 BF in china ,To full-fill the target of finishing the project of No 4 BF in 28 months which is 17 months shorter than the No 3 , we have to turn to this new quick installation technology.With the experience of internal and external BF construction adding the actual situation of No 4 BF , we propose to divide its main shell into four sub-pieces and pre-assembled them on the ground , meanwhile , install its attachments as much as possible such as bottom plates, water-cooling beams, cooling plates, cooling connection pipes ,refractory bricks and spray painting, security facilities and so on ,at the same time form a safe and steady body structure .By the use of hydraulic propulsion device, the shell climbs over to the spot of the transfer station which lead to the high slippage structure and connect to the rail of the BF's concrete foundation ,then at the center of the BF .The technology which use 32 Units×200t hydraulic lifting equipments locating on 45.30m platform to install the four pieces upside-down can achieve BF synchronal construction of framework, steel plants, furnace shell assembly, expand the construction work surface, reduce the main lines and thus achieve the purpose of shortening the construction shedule.After discussion, the following items were finished: design for sliding platform structure, identifying the axis location of horizontal rail, details for lower hoist structure, working out the lifting point of transfer station and 3D dimension, design for high level platform structure, confirming the location of upper part of BF foundation, applying the hydraulic lifter for BF body with weight 6400T, decide the method for load of 5000T,the lifting equipments for transfer station, regulations for quick installation, inspection standard for quick installation, the protocol for quick installation, the bearing loading of lifter, the frame for transporting BF body, the plan for propulsion with load 1000KN, the general coordination for quick installation.We come to the below conclusions through the research for quick installation process:1)The position of subassembly and assembling range is reasonable.2)The lifter with 500T load and the horizontal propulsion device can meet the requirements.3) Design for auxiliary facilities for lifting and sliding are safe.4)The lifting point is correct.5)The measures for quick installation process are safe and reasonable.7)The advanced protocol shall be regarded as the insurance for the safety of quick installation.The achievements as follow:1) Fully consider the utilities of the new-built and the maintenance situationfor BF to optimize the effect. For example, the transfer station, ground beam, the BF frame, removable beam and the hoist beam.2) The process is constant so that the efficiency could be increased, meanwhilethe protection measures are reliable.3) It's first time to lift and transfer the whole part of BF body by use of thehydraulic lifter domestically.4) Applying the hydraulic propulsion to pushing the BF body is safer, and lessdifficult and to save space.5) Compare with the rolling transferring, sliding on the rail would be less cost.The applying of quick installation shorten the project period , and refresh the quick installation process for BF with volume above 4000m3, and accumulate the experience for the overhaul for BF NO.2. |
