The storage of hazardous chemicals in China is mainly based on stacking yards,the stacking layout also affects the safety and utilization of the warehouses.To ensure safety,the General Rules for the Storage of Commonly Used Hazardous Chemicals imposes stringent requirements on the "five-distance" of stackings,but there is no effective method for optimizing the layout within the warehouse.In terms of the layout of hazardous chemical warehouses,researches have mainly focused on the location of warehouses and the location of warehouses.There are few studies on the optimization of stacking safety in hazardous chemical warehouses.(1)The paper analyzes the “General Rules of Storage” and converts the “five-distance” constraints of stacking into safe frames.Using the coordinate method,a mathematical model for the layout optimization of hazardous chemical warehouses based on objective functions and constraints is established.(2)Using a block layout algorithm combined with the idea of dynamic programming to optimize the layout of the model for a single stacking unit warehouse.Experiments are performed on warehouses of different sizes and different types of stacking units.Under the condition of ensuring the utilization,a more standardized layout result can be obtained;a genetic algorithm is applied to a variety of stacking units warehouses to optimize the layout of the model with the fitness function of utilization and transportation efficiency,and the initial population and chaotic self-adaptation are optimized.Genetic operators and other methods improve the algorithm.Combining the improved algorithm with the residual rectangle algorithm can obtain better layout results based on the convergence speed of the algorithm.(3)According to the layout results,an early warning and evaluation system for stacking safety of hazardous chemicals warehouses is established.The weight of each index was determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The results of the experiment layout were calculated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and it indicates that the layout results are safe and effective.Experiments show that the chaotic adaptive genetic algorithm has a better optimization effect on the stacking safety layout model.Combining with the layout early-warning evaluation system,the stacking layout results can be judged,which has a certain guiding role in the formulation of hazardous chemical warehouse layout rules,and can improve the automation and efficiency of warehouse layout.
