Stability of the filling machine depends on low failure rate during long run, low bottle broken, high success rate of adding stopper, good stability of filling, little noise of running machine, rapid electrical and mechanical control system and easy to repair. What is more, the stopper feeding system, bottle feeding system, filling system and stopper adding system of the filling machine has high synchronous precision and good stability.This paper takes the stability of the transmission system as the cut-in point and presents an improved transmission method that synchronous multi-axis control is used instead of the mechanical direct coupling.Firstly, in the thesis, the characteristics and theorems of the synchronous control system are analyzed. According to the merits of relative coupling control, the method of designing fuzzy-PID compensator is presented whose parameter range is controlled by genetic algorithm. Secondly existing equipments in the company are used to set up testing circumstance, which resemble actual products condition. Applying these requirements, hardware flat of the synchronous control system is designed. Based on timing system of single PMSM, multi-motor synchronous control system is achieved. At the same time, hardware and software are designed. According to the early-designed multi-motor synchronous control method, this system can keep fine disturbance rejection ability, so that better following performance and synchronous precision is attained. Simulation results given via MATLAB and experimental results illustrate the effectiveness and the practicability of the proposed algorithm.Finally, the research work in this thesis is concluded, and the other problems in the multi-motor synchronous control system are analyzed and the interested directions in the future are described.
