Study Of Enterprise Security Management Of Mechanical Expression

Safety management is the process of arranging and using various resources like manpower, material and financial resources etc to realize safety production. It makes use of functions of management like planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling to control unsafe human behaviors and unsafe factors from nature, machine, materials in order to avoid accidents, protect lives, safety and health of the employees, and ensure smooth production.Safety management in enterprises, ever since it came into being, its content is being improved. However, safety management involves every aspects of production; methods for safety management are varied due to the different property of enterprises. Nowadays, safety management is usually described by words, and mainly of qualitative analysis and lacks of quantitative analysis. This thesis based on literature review of safety management and management mechanics, applied mechanics to the study of safety management. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of safety science and management science and summary of research fruits on management mechanics, safety management can be concluded as an interdisciplinary discipline. So research fruits of other disciplines can be applied to safety management, providing feasibility for the application of mechanics in safety management.(2)Safety management was demonstrated from the flowing aspects: its definition, birth and development, and its basic contents, tasks and meaning. The methods for safety management are mainly qualitative methods and there is no systematic quantitative analysis method.(3)The establishment of "three aspects, one entirety" safety management model is the summary and conclusion of safety management models in enterprises and every specific safety management model in enterprise is extended and deepened based on it. The above-mentioned three aspects include law system, organizational structure and safety culture.(4)The abstract "forces" in safety management are founded and defined. A new method—safety management mechanics analysis was established, providing a new point of studying safety management. Its detailed procedures were described in the examples of "sphere collision" model, safety culture force and field and safety decision resultant force model.(5)As the extending of the above-mentioned content, more models were founded and contents were studied by applying safety management mechanics methods into safety management. Above all, these models and studies are on the stage of "borrowing", and lack of evidence. There is difficulty for the quantification of safety management.
