The competition in retail terminal is the competition of logistics service mainly reflected in the stock retention,order cycle and the level of delivery, and so on. Then the internal logistics cigarette sorted speed,cigarette logistics costs will be an important factor in the competitiveness. Tobacco production and marketing enterprises will be more responsive to the tobacco distribution sector in order to lower costs, and sought to improve the efficiency of logistics operations to reduce tobacco distribution costs and enhance customer service levels. Meanwhile, the most effective way for China's tobacco enterprises to control and occupy the domestic market share is to achieve an effective control of cigarettes market through efficient logistics delivery system and extensive distribution network construction.That's just the research background of this thesis.
