In recent years,the tobacco companies have actively innovated internal construction and management,expanded external customer resources,and optimized business processes,in order to achieve further economic growth.With its advanced automated distribution center and large-scale distribution system,tobacco logistics ranks at the forefront of logistics in all industries,which ensuring its high-level development and enabling itself to be able to compete in fierce market competition.There are hundreds of tobacco companies in our country,they are trying to introduce advanced production and distribution systems and equipment to scramble for the sales market.Each company will build a more complete tobacco distribution system,which ultimately increases the whole company's operating income and makes its own company more competitive in social competition.The tobacco sorting system includes several subsystems such as warehousing,sorting and distribution.The working efficiency of the sorting subsystem is most important to the entire sorting center.Optimization of the tobacco distribution center need us consider the process and parameter settings of the sorting system emphatically,which is the key to solving the logistics bottleneck of the tobacco industry.This is also the direct reason for this article to optimize the distribution center.Although tobacco companies are gradually paying attention to improving the efficiency of tobacco distribution centers and gradually introducing new technologies and management concepts,in recent years most of the tobacco companies still exhibit the characteristics of poor technology and low intelligence in our country.This thesis investigated the G tobacco company's relevant information,compared the development history of many different tobacco companies,based on the real modeling of the Flexsim simulation system,identified and solved the difficulties and management problems faced by the distribution center,and realized the reduction of logistics operating costs to improve the efficiency of sorting and to achieve optimization of the tobacco company's process.This thesis uses the method of on-site investigation and discuss the company's management problems,the specific reasons for the numerous problems in the sorting system,and the relevance and importance of many difficult problems with the front-line management personnel,.Realistic problems need to be reflected in the model to simulate and solve problems.This thesis establishes the Flexsim model of the company's sorting system.The model simulates all links of the distribution center,especially focus on the sorting process.The modeloutputs the running report of the entire system,including status data such as equipment utilization and idle rate,which makes specific problems solutions digitized.Through the data report,this thesis can find the company's system congestions and its impact factors.Finally,this thesis presents a solution to the existing problems in tobacco distribution centers.Flexsim system simulation software comes with the laboratory analysis function,you can establish a number of related variables of the objective function,and through the operation of the model to solve the function of the optimal solution.The optimal solution of the objective function is the optimal sorting process optimization scheme.In order to better demonstrate the optimization effect,this thesis will do a full comparative analysis of the sorting efficiency before and after optimization.The comparison between the optimization results of the plan and the efficiency of the original system,which shows the sorting management problem of the company's distribution center is solved.The employees no longer need to work extra time and unnecessary overtime labor costs are reduced.The employees no longer have waiting for sorting.At the same time,the utilization rate of employees increased.The waiting time for goods entering the warehouse in the inspection and inspection area was greatly shortened and the overall distribution efficiency was improved.
