| Along with the change of drilling domain and the development of drilling technology, the traditional way of logging and the information transmission speed and efficiency have been unable to meet their needs. The proposed intelligent drillpipe is to find a method of high-speed communication to combine drilling and logging technology, and implement the duplexing communication between the downhole testing system and the ground control center while in drilling.According to the feature of measurement and control system in intelligent drillpipe, ADSL and power line communication (PLC) are selected as the research objects of communication transmission method for intelligent drillpipe in this paper.The study analyses the feasibility of ADSL used in intelligent drillpipe from the principle topics, channel characteristics and applications. Completes the communication simulate in MATLAB, based on the DMT dulation demodulation method and combined with intelligent drillpipe own characteristics.For the PLC, analyse the feasibility of PLC used in intelligent drillpipe from the characteristics of power line communicating combined with the application environment of intelligent drillpipe. At the same time completed communication simulation in MATLAB. Design the PLC communication circuit, including the dulation demodulation module, the external transmitter/receiver circuit, coupled circuits. Test the communication circuit in different conditions. Completed software design for MCU controJ system of the PLC communication circuits, including the subprogram of PC communication with MCU from serial port, MCU communication with dulation demodulation method and control the carrier wave's transmission or reception.In this paper, proves the feasibility of ADSL and PLC used in intelligent drillpipe by simulation study and communication circuit's designing and testing. Propose a new method and new idea for the study of information communication method in intelligent drillpipe. |
