Study On The Influence Of Digital Printing Paper Properties On Printing Quality Control

Digital printing,because of its special imaging principle and ink printing,leading to not all of the paper can be used to get the ideal quality of digital printing,and the traditional printing quality evaluation system is not suitable for digital printing.In this paper,This paper studied the printability of digital printing paper and the optimization of quality inspection,the influence of the surface properties of digital printing on the density and the chroma,and the new method of digital printing quality control.The main research contents are as follows:(1)using digital printing machine laboratory Ke Mei C1060,considering only the printability of paper,printed on the same test version of high quality printing paper,and it printed out the same test version at Ke Mei C1060 digital printing on the printing quality of paper.Firstly we measured 7 kinds of paper(kraft paper including positive and negative)of the basic parameters,and then in 7 by Ke Mei C1060 digital printing machine to print out the test version of the paper,printing quality inspection of printed matter,found the whiteness is about 92,about 78 of the six gloss digital color printing paper printing quality best.(2)six kinds of paper sample were chosen to measure surface performance measurement,sample could be divided into ordinary printing and digital printing paper.Whiteness,gloss in the experiment were studied in this paper the two kinds of surface properties,density,color detection standard including field density,tone,contrast,color gamut Lab;density difference detection of surface properties of paper and printing,through the preparation of calcium carbonate paper coating,coating to improve the surface properties of ordinary digital printingpaper,increases its printability.Comparative analysis of two kinds of paper before and after contrast analysis and coating,whiteness and gloss of paper two surface properties and density data(field density,relative contrast,tone)and chromaticity data(color space)positive correlation exists on the whole,in contrast,the influence is quite however,on tone and field density,influence of whiteness was obviously higher than that of gloss.Calcium carbonate coating on paper coating,to a certain extent,increase the whiteness of paper,paper gloss changes due to conditions,can not be effectively measured and analyzed.(3)based on previous work principle and design idea of control on the analysis of digital control,the use of CDR software,AI is designed for digital printing control strip,multi piece proofing,using the traditional quality control method is used to test the quality of digital printing proofs,the control bar each module is compared with traditional printing,the design of color control strip is developed,which can reflect the printing density,relative contrast,dot and color reproduction characteristics.
