With the exploitation of oil fields, the water cut keep a high level. Submersible pump well system is more and more widely applied. At the production process of submersible pump wells, because of the feed flow insufficient, sanding, scaling, corrosion and other factors, the pump wells inevitably appear various well failures, that cause low efficiency of electric submersible pump well system, short pump inspection cycle and uneconomical running of pump wells, so it is essential to study the analysis technique of submersible pump wells'operational mode to make pump wells run efficiently at qualified operation conditions and enhance economic benefits of well submersible pump's applications. Based on a large number of statistical analysis of well pump's field production data, this paper analyzes various factors that effect the working condition of electric submersible pump wells, and ranks the working condition of electric submersible pump wells to six categories, according to the theory of feeding and bleeding coordination and the characteristics of pump wells: normal and reasonable working conditions, abnormal tube and pump, liquid inadequate, high submergence depth, small working parameters and large head. The study sets up a macro-control chart for electric submersible pump wells'working condition, which has wells'drown pressure as the longitudinal coordinates and the efficiency relations of electric submersible pump wells'displacement for the abscissa coordinates. Through the statistical analysis on the pump wells'working condition in a block or a management unit, the macro-control chart macro-reflects the pump wells'level of management in the block. It further proposes the program to the diagnostic analysis and to improve the wells'working condition for the wells at the unreasonable district. Submersible pump wells'working condition analysis system is also developed using the technology of Net. The system can draw the macro-control chart of electric submersible pump wells'working condition and count qualification rate of operational mode, through one day's performance data in production team. After using in oil production crew and mine, the qualification rate of pump wells' operational mode increases obviously. The study has some directive function to improve the scientific management level of the submersible pump wells.
