Impact Studies On China's Import And Export Trade To Ecological Environment

The development of international trade led to accelerating economic globalization, at the same time, impact of the ecological environment of trade also becomes transnational and global, the causes of green trade barriers is the embodiment of the uncoordinated between trade and eco-ecological environment. With the degree of openness of our country increasing, import and export trade developing, China's ecological impact of import and export trade of our country also becomes seriously. As our country achieving sustainable development, advocating harmonious between economic development and ecological environment protection, the study of how to coordinate the import and export trade and China's ecological environment relationship has theory and practical meaning.Based on the Perspective of dialectical view of the green trade barriers, discuss impact of import and export trade on China's ecological environment.The objectives of the study are to explore to track impact on the ecological environment of the import and export of continually, on this basis, concentrate on dialectical green trade barriers view, to emphasis the coordinated development between international trade and of ecological environment is the future trend of world development. Major research thesis opinions have five parts as following:(1) Based on the carding the theory of trade and eco-environmental problems, from three aspects of the export trade the imports trade and green trade barriers to discusses the relationship between these and ecological environment. We can see import and export trade will have a negative impact on the ecological environment and trade-Environmental Kuznets Curve hypothesis exist. (2) The empirical analysis of our export trade and the ecological environment shows that,although the export trade to the environment adversely effection, but it should be adjust by generate technological spillovers of foreign investment, at the same time adjust the industrial structure to promote the beneficial effects of domestic production. (3) Through the analysis, the un-environmental friendly import trade can cause the negative impact on the ecological environment. Therefore, try to make the full use of imports solid waste, as well as the promotion of international industrial transfer structure to reduce negative impacts on the environment. (4) View the green trade barriers rationally brought about by the opportunities and challenges, with particular emphasis on green trade barriers will be more conducive to enhance the competitiveness of China's trade and adapt to the future green trade development trend.(5)Coordination ecological trade and environment relations should be initiated in two ways:on one hand, enhance the capacity to overcome the green barriers, improve the foundation of coordinate trade and environment development; on the other hand, enhance environmental costs and environmental standards, improve the coordination of the promotion of trade and environment conditions.
