The Study Of Oilfield Development Program Decision Support System Based On The Knowlage Database

Oilfield has accumulated large amount of basic data and information in the long period of development, which plays a significant part in oilfield development decision in furture. At the same time, oilfield development is an area of highly professional and practical, so we can reference experience of experts in oilfield who have rich experience of oilfield development, and apply to the decision process to ensure decision quality. The average annual producing reserves of Shengli Oilfield is above 90 million tons, so hundreds of schemes will be made, each of which is related with geology, reservoir, economic assessment etc. It is urgent to develop an assistant decision system of new areas development in oilfield and build unifed cooperation platform in order to develop oilfield quickly, scientificly and exactly.We built knowledge base of oilfield development by summerizing kinds of techniques and experience in developed oilfield, and learning the experience of oilfield development at home and abroad. Based on this, we develop the oilfield development program assistant decision system about the knowlage database by using all kind of mature technique and supply intelligent, in oilfield automatic and scientific decision for different types of oilfield.This paper analyzes the present situation of the oilfield development program assistant decision about the knowlage database both at home and abroad, and introduces the details about the knowlage building and assistant decision. Combining oilfield development with the demand of the oilfield development program, the paper also looks into the application of the oilfield development program assistant system. The paper focuses on the arithmetic"Matrix"which computer engine of knowledge database. By using this algorithm, the paper show the whole process which knowledge application include building of knowledge database about oilfield development;model explacation and the result of decision.The application of oilfield development program assistant decision system presents that the research is useful and efficient. It also shows that the model of oilfield development knowledge and oilfield development program assistant decision system will have a wide use in the period of oilfield development.
