Shut In Regional Economic Development And The Evolving Relationship Of The Weihe River Water Quality Of The Environment

Water environment is the main basic element of the nature, which plays a very important role in human life and society economic growth. With the population increase and the rapid development of economics, the crisis of water resource shortage and contamination is becoming the global problem. Recent years, the rapid development of social economy in Guanzhong area of Weihe Basin had caused a series of problems, such as water pollution and environmental degradation. Therefore, how to deal with the relationship between water environment and social economy had become the important issue need to be solved urgently. This dissertation had studied on the relationship of water environment and regional economic development in Guanzhong area of Weihe Basin, which could offer the advices for keeping social economy's long term development.This paper firstly introduces the concept of the water environment and Regional Economic Development, Analysis of social, economic and industry development and situation in Guanzhong area of Weihe Basin. Also study the relationship of policies and plans, making to protect the Wehei river, and the water environment in the area. Secondly, it study the water environment, water environmental capacities, water environmental evolution in Guanzhong area of Weihe Basin in recent 20 years. Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of the study on water environment and economic development in the country, the paper ues the Practical study method, Environmental Kuznets Curve, Linear regression method to sudy the relationship between water environment and social economy development, seeking correlation and giving advices and suggestion.In the beginning of the economic development, the water environment is worsening. With the development of the economic level, environmental awareness and laws and policy made to protect the Weihe river, the water quality is improved greatly. But the river is also in serious pollution. If we want to further improve the quality of water environment, we must study the relationship of the economic development and the change of water environment deepl, study the pollutant Classification, readjusting the industrial structure, promoting scientific and technological innovations, establishing the economic and policy system, perform a cyclic economy.
