Off The Dynamic Characteristics Of The Ecological Safety Of Regional Land Resources Analysis

Ecological environment is a basic space for human subsistence and development, Ecological security is an important part of the national security and regional security, also is the core of the basic of sustainable ecosystem, ecosystem's sustainable development can't be ensured without Ecological security. Land resources ecological seeurity is a key research issue of ecological security. With the aggravation of human beings'activity and land resources'using intensity, ecological environment of land resources was severely destroyed, which has seriously threat regional ecological security, so ecological security search on land resources is an imminent problem that affeets the ove all situation. But at present ecological security search on land resources is still in an immature stage, and the theory of land resources eeological seeurity is in discuss, evaluation index system and means are difficult on study.The guanzhong area is favoured with superior natural conditions and economically developed, and its'Agriculture, industry, high-tech industry, tourism occupies an important position in Shaanxi Province and even the country. However, growth of the population, development of the socio-economic, the urgent demand of all departments and various sectors on land resources, fragile ecological environment and deficiency infrastructure about environmental protection, which has led land resources ecological security has been seriously threatened. So This paper takes the Guanzhong as research area and establish the evaluation index system about regional land resource ecological security based on understanding about its nature, social economy and survey of land resource, combined present study situation about land resource ecological security in domestic and foreign. The evaluation index system about regional land resource ecological security consist of the land resource natural ecological security system, the land resource society ecological security system, the land resource economical ecological security system three sub-system which is a total of 19 indicators. Land resources and ecological security situation in each urban district in guanzhong was evaluated by Comprehensive evaluation model method in 2000,2005,2008.The research main conclusions were as follows:(1)The land resource ecological security condition in guanzhong in 2000 was that the land resource ecological security situation in The guanzhong are great differences, including from security to serious risk all five levels. Huayin City is the best in a safe situation, the worst area is in Xianyang City, value of the land resource ecological security is 0.3988 in serious danger situation, most of the other related areas are in warning status. (2)The land resource ecological security condition in guanzhong in 2005 was that the land resource ecological security situation in Guanzhong has improved compared to 2000, eliminating the situation of serious danger. The best is Taibai County, the value of the land resource ecological security is 0.9138, the worst aslo is Xianyang City, the value is 0.5189, Most are still in an early warning situation.(3)The land resource ecological security condition in guanzhong in 2008 was that the land resource ecological security situation in whole Guanzhong has improved,there are 10 districts and counties in a safe situation,18 districts and counties in a more secure situation, but also 6 districts and counties including the Xi'an and Xianyang in a risk situation, the rest of the state in early warning, so the land resource ecological security situation needs further improvement.(4)From 2000 to 2008,The land resource ecological security situation in Guanzhong has significantly improved in general. The highest value of land resource ecological security is 0.9001 in 2000, the lowest value is 0.3988,the average value is 0.6257, overall in the early warning state; The highest value is 0.9138 in 2005, the lowest value is 0.5189, the average value is 0.6812, also in a warning state, but view from numerical point, situation of the land resource ecological security has improved; the highest value is 0.9286 in 2008, the minimum value is 0.5384, the average is 0.7988, the situation is still in the early-warning status, but close to relatively safe. Regional differences are obvious, Baoji City, Yangling District, Tongchuan are in better security situation, while Xi'an, Weinan City, Xianyang City are poor.At last, in view of existing circumstances of land resource ecological security in Guanzhong area, some countermeasures have been proposesed to rational use and protection of land resources, in order to provide the policy-making support in highly effective allocation land resource and social economic sustainable development.
