Silane coupling agent modified silica can improved the compatibility of wet silica with polymer matrixs.Investigate the compatibility of modified silica and rubber? rubber tire flaps?polypropylene ect al polymer matrix material and its reinforcement effects.The main contents and results were drawn as follows:1.[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl] tetrasulfide(Si69)?3-(2-aminoethylamino)propyl di-methoxymethyl silane(KH602)?Trimethoxy(vinyl)silane(A171)were used as surface modifier on the preparation of sulfenyl-silica(SS)?amino-silica(KS)?vinylsilica(AS).SAS were synthesized by radical copolymerization from AS and styrene monomer.Analyzing the modified silica with IR?SEM?grain size distriution curve?TG.The synthesis process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.2.SS-SBR?KS-SBR organic-inorganic complex materials were prepared by mixing mill.Analyzing SS,KS effects on the structure of SBR by swelling index,bound rubber content,and the interaction force,investigated the composites mechanical properties.The results showed that: comparing with the SBR matrix,when added amount of 50 parts SS,composites tensile strength(?t),elongation at break were increased by 36.1%,93.0%,respectively;30 parts when KS dosage,?t,elongation at break were increased by 49.6%,77.5%,respectively,and increased compatibility with SBR matrix,composite cross-section SEM results confirmed the presence of internal voids composite effect.3.AS-C?SAS-C organic-inorganic complex materials were prepared by mixing mill,the processability of the SAS-C composites were characterized by vulcanization curve,the microstructure of AS-C,SAS-C composites were characterized by SEM.The results showed: comparing with S-C composites,the curing time,abrasion of SAS-C composite materials were reduced 27.8%,23.5,respectively;hardness,?t,breaking elongation were increased by 10.4%,30.4%,27.6%,respectively,SAS dispersion in the matrix better.4.The series of polypropylene(PP)composites made from a composite of polypropylene and AS?SAS by mixer.Torque spectrum characterized AS,SAS and PP composites processing property,the mechanical performance evaluation results show: when the addition amount of 7 parts of SAS,PP composites ?t almost unchanged,the elastic modulus E,elongation at break were increased by 48.4%,433.7%,respectively,tensile fracture of composites became rough and voids appeard around SAS.
