Lan-Chengdu-Chongqing Pipeline was built in 2002,according to the State Economic and Trade Commission Decree No.17:New pipeline to be carried out in three years, baseline testing pipeline. Through a pipe corrosion detection to determine the pipe length and direction, find out the basic parameters of pipe to find corrosion point of pipeline location and whether there are punch point. In this paper, Lan-Chengdu-Chongqing pipeline is running the actual situation, the first comprehensive collection and analysis of the Lan-Chengdu-Chongqing pipeline Neijiang-Chongqing section of the engineering and operating conditions underlying data, as an internal test program development and implementation was provided. In the comparison to detect magnetic flux leakage and ultrasonic methods, based on the use of magnetic leakage intelligent pigging methods, including route reconnaissance to develop a reasonable, clear tube, measuring diameter, corrosion testing, data analysis, etc., within the test program. On-site detection of metal loss were found 135 points, also found that the existence of 13 weld outliers. By detecting pipe attachments are also identified and marked. Then, based on pipe size of defects in the safety assessment methodology, based on existing test data to determine the Neijiang-Chongqing pipeline maximum allowable working pressure of 6.65MPa, greater than the normal operation of pipelines maximum working pressure of 6.0MPa. And predict the remaining life of the defective pipeline is about 2.2a, and proposed rehabilitation measures. Papers by conducting on-site testing and evaluation, in order to achieve the Lan-Chengdu-Chongqing Pipeline provide the conditions for the safe operation and protection.
