Laser marking machine is a micro-processing equipment which is widely-used optical-electromechanical-integration, combining hardware and software. It is particularly important to develop the high-performance machine for related technologies. It is not only to promote the rapid development of semiconductor industry ,but also the key device promote in micro-processing industry. With the development of laser marking technology, however ,domestic development in the way of hardware control is stagnation. There are problems of not high positioning accuracy , not a clear marking and marking deformation.The key cause is that the hardware controlling system affect the depth, smoothness and accuracy of laser nick and running speed, stability and degree scanning range of laser marking machine.To solve the issues above, this thesis have studied the problem of the precision of laser marking and stability degree.The system used MOPA-technology fiber laser,high-speed galvanometer scanner and large dynamic range motor;combining Electronic Design Technology,Light mechatronics and motion control technology. The paper proposed a new type of servo PID loop control algorithm , Large dynamic scan algorithm ,the stepper motor acceleration and deceleration algorithm, grating signal acquisition algorithm, motion interpolation algorithm, automatic focusing algorithm andvector scanning delay algorithm. It resolved the process of deformation, the problem of the corner depth of the problem in laser marking.Ultimately, the related results successfully applied to a large national defense scientific research units.And these effects have achieved:a servo motor and stepper motor with noise-free and no-oscillation; high dynamic range scanning speed; high stability system; uniform depth and smoothness in marking; Positioning accuracy within 1 micron error control); and the Marking line width is within 10μm...
