Recently, shipping &fuel prices were fluctuated as world economy, specially after year 2008, world economy development is slow, and shipping market has failed into bottom, but fuel prizes is increasing.Fuel costs account for more and more of the total cost.To some extent, control fuel cost decide the profits of shipping management.The study always combine with development condition&fact, make analysis of international shipping management discipline and recognize the correlative factor of capsize ship's fuel cost to make sure the way of control the costs.All above are aimed to minimize the fuel costs of capsize and maximize the profit.I have made some analysis of the capsize background, and recognize some studies in chapter 1;The main text of chapter 2 is about to the correlative factors of fuel costs. At first, I introduced the ways of charterer, then analysis the bulk shipping cost structure, the result is that fuel costs accounted for half of total costs.In addition, because of one of the main reasons that affects fuel cost is crude oil price, I analysis global oil prices.Besides, I studied crude oil price, shipping routing and fleet capacity.At last, I put out some defects of shipping operation;In chapter 3, first of all, I put out the way of control voyage fuel costs, combined with reasonable fuel charging plan&economic speed;Then put out some suggestions of fleet fuel cost control, I got some recommendations from system management, purchase management and technical management.Lastly, utilize container ship cost management methods.I made the fuel costs methods of Cosco bulk carrier Ltd.,Co in charter 4.Firstly, I introduced the fuel cost control condition of Cosco bulk carrier Ltd.,Co and find out the defects;Then I use the object program modal as fuel cost control modal.Finally, I put some strategies for this enterprise.
