| As an important physical simulation test technology, wave simulation is used in subjects of port, coastal and offshore engineering. Wave maker is an important test device, it occupies an important position in engineering test research on ships, ports, coastal engineering, ocean engineering and other fields. Wave maker and its corelative theories have gone through the long process of development that from simple to complex, from rough to fine and from single to integrated. As a new-type device for wave simulation currently in the international field, the L shape habor absorption basin wave maker can improve the test accuracy of model, simulate wave for a wide range of sea, make it closer to the natural environment, reflect the practical engineering problems actually and solve them effectively.This article is from the eleventh five-year planning project that equipment and system for the coastal dynamic environments test office of integrated simulation, this project belongs to ministry of communications. Based on absorption wave theory and the technical requirements for wave maker, the article does the following works: select the appropriate drive mode, discuss the overall framework of wave maker, calculate the parameters of the ball screw, make a model selection of linear guide and servo motor, derive the equations of motion control for absorption wave maker, construct the hardware components of control system, design the absorption wave modules, describe the software of control system. |
