Remote data center system is an important part of the remote monitoring system for wind power, the merits of their performance is directly related to the overall performance of the remote monitoring system for wind power. With the versatility and reusability,the Remote data center system can not only improve the efficiency of applications of the remote monitoring system in wind farms, but also conducive to meet the needs of the rapid development of wind farms. With the rapid development of the Internet, the manufacturers of the wind field building a remote monitoring data center and operating parameters together to analyse comparatively, have become the research focus and the future development trends.This paper implements the DEC remote data center systems from which the various service centers in the IE browser using the common wind data collected by Telecom's wireless transmission equipment. The system mainly divided into three-tier architecture: Presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer. Refer to the current popular development experience of the basis technology on database, with the Internet and 3G wireless network technology, to obtain operating datas of wind plants, we designed the remote data center systems . To grasp the operating and fault conditions of the wind plants timely and accurately, to provide all kinds of favorable basis for the following research, design and improvement, technical supporting for the on-site service, the system can collect various real-time data from the DEC wind plants distributing throughout the country, analysis and compare historical data, according to data monitor on-line and analysis of failure.
