The Chengdao Oil-field of ocean oil extraction factory is located in the neritic and the most neritic waters of gulf the south of Bohai Sea, the water in the seas deep 10 meterses are or so, it has already developed to become a year to produce 2,000,000 ton class oil-field.Because the environment of sea is very bad, the oil extraction platform all guards a design for unmanned value, the production and life the condition is very hard, the oil-field successfully carried out a craft automation and carried out platform no man value the problem guard, but immediately bringing is to can not go together with and give or get an electric shock a system circumstance and carry on supervision to the platform, at the sea go together with and give or get an electric shock system and expose shortage gradually, particularly the strong wind sky could not resume power supply in time while appearing and the power is off trouble and brought sea production very greatly difficulty and loss.For the sake of safety production and raising an oil extraction rate,we have to carry out the electric power automation technique to realize the automation management of giving or getting an electric shock the system.With the study to the electric power automation, contrasting each kind of system, we optimization suitable system of offshore platform, particularly choose a type to carry on an optimization to the equipments which ensure satisfy sea request. The system constitution is at centrally No.2 platform, including the No.2 35 KV in center substation, the 6 KV high pressure switch cabinet and four well sets platform high pressure facilities,.
