Reducing the vibration of drive train and decreasing concussion of engine coming from the course of break which engender instantly power grip of drive train or not can solve the comfort problem of vehicle. High Pressure Common Rail diesel engine is the best way to solve the energy crisis and emission laws.Each component structural style, performance, and connection of each component, torque transmission of the drive train which is as an important component of the management system of high pressure common rail diesel engine immediately influence comfort and power performance of vehicles. It is essential to achieve the torque coordination of drive train.The model which is between clutch and gearbox was established based on the each component control logic relations of drive train. Based on the management system of high pressure common rail diesel engine, the differences of management coordination which are between traditional engine mechanics and high pressure common rail diesel were contrasted and analyzed. And the influence on engine economic, comfort performance and emissions were studied systematically by combining the drive train coordination of engine. The characteristic of work and principle of structure of each component of drive train was introduced in detail. Simultaneity, the control software was developed and designed based on layered design and modularization measure. Meanwhile, the corresponding model was established and the simulation was made using the ASCET of ETAS Company.
