| The automatic system of county-level electrical network is a part of the intelligent power grid. It not only contains the content of dispatch automation, and also contains the content of distribution automation. When the power grid has small or big disturbance,it can still supply the user with power without the risk of large power blackout and has the capacity of automatic fault diagnosis, fault isolation and system self-recovery. This new system can also optimize asset utilization and reduce investment costs and operation and maintenance costs. For such a little and complete automatic system, it is unfit for establishing many independent systems, so we should concentrate many kinds of functions in a system. This may avoid appearing beforehand "Isolated Island of Automation", simultaneously may use the county-level electrical network's limited fund to realize more functions. It is easier in an identical platform to add another function, thus we can promote the automatic system of electrical network to develop fast.Combined with the actual research projects, it is based on the thought of the integration of automated dispatch and automated distribution when designing the county automatic system of county-level electrical network. Entire system is divided into the integration central, the integration subsystems, and the integration terminal three-layer. The central of integration system is responsible for scheduling the system to achieve dispatch automation, remote viewing and distribution management. The integration sub-station is responsible for substation automation, feeder automation management and video capture capabilities. The integration terminal is used to achieve protection, feeder automation node function. In order to adapt the request of nobody duty, the remote viewing signal acquisition system is established in the integration sub-station, meanwhile also establish the remote viewing system's management in the integration center. In the integration center, the agreement analyzer is used to interconnect the SCADA systematic and the remote viewing system, so that they can share partial information each other. The practical result shows that during the integrated design of the automatic system of county power grid each functional module has been realized to be platform unitizing, database uniformity and data sharing. It not only raises system's operating efficiency greatly, provides more services to the dispatcher, moreover reduces the mistake of operation. Meanwhile each module is established in the identical hardware platform and the unification software platform; so that we can save the expense for constructing system, and raise the economic efficiency of system. |
