Ammunition is one of the most widely used and largest number of combat equipment.The production technology of ammunition is a manufacturing technology that uses a variety of high and new technologies,such as new control technology and detection technology.It is one of the more important technologies in national defense manufacturing technology and can reflect a country’s basic defense capabilities.Therefore,not only for national defense security,but also to allow ordnance companies to actively move forward,it is necessary to research and develop ammunition manufacturing technology and automation equipment.This article completes the automation of ammunition charging by applying manipulators and automated transportation logistics systems to the ammunition automated charge production line,improves the level of automation,and improves the efficiency and safety of charge production.At the same time,the automated ammunition charge production line uses flexible technology to allow the production line to produce various types of ammunition,which greatly increases the utilization rate of the production line.Design and study the overall structure of the automated ammunition charge production line.According to the design principles,tasks,and technological process of the automatic ammunition charge production line,the overall plan and production line layout of the research production line are designed.Research on the automation of the main engine of the charge,research and design the overall plan of the explosive automatic logistics system in the production line and the overall plan of the automated logistics system of the missile body.Design and research the explosives automated logistics system.Research on the automated logistics system for explosives.According to the actual structure of the workshop,research and design components such as the dosing cabinet,the self-unloading silo,the unloading device,the drug receiving device,the drug delivery device,and the explosive hoist.Analyze the force of the medicine warehouse after grasping through ABAQUS,design the structure of the medicine warehouse transposition manipulator,determine the grasping mechanism plan,and study the statics analysis of the medicine warehouse transposition manipulator under different conditions.Analyze the dynamics of the pharmacy transposition manipulator through ADAMS to check whether the manipulator meets the requirements.Design and research the automated logistics system of the missile body.Research the project of automated logistics system for missiles.According to the technological process of the projectile logistics system,research and design the projectile conveying line.Through ABAQUS,the statics analysis of the projectile is carried out,the static load capacity of the projectile is tested,and the structure design of the projectile transport manipulator is carried out.Investigate ammunition carts and rails.Design and research the control system of ammunition automatic charge production line.Study the overall plan of the control system of the ammunition automated charge production line,study the hardware configuration and functions of the control system,select the PLC,sensors,and isolated safety barriers,study the distribution of I/O ports,and design the production line man-machine interface.Design the PLC program of the production line,hydraulic electrical system.Design the reliability of the production line and study the monitoring system of the production line.Commissioning and operation of the automatic ammunition charge production line.According to the design and research of the automatic ammunition charge production line,various equipment and devices in the production assembly line are produced.Then install the production line according to the layout of the production line,including the installation of mechanical systems,hydraulic electrical systems,and control systems,then debug and run,solve the exposed problems,and finally deliver it to use.
