In recent years,automotive industry has been developed rapidly in China.Automotive production pattern changed from planning production to mixed flow production pattern based on orders.The significance of automotive parts logistics has been prominent increasingly while automated stereoscopic warehouse plays an important role in enterprise logistics.Research background,meaning,line of thinking,and method is analyzed firstly.Then the development history,tendency,characteristic,and research status of automated stereoscopic warehouse and logistics simulation both at home and abroad.A 0-1 programing model is solved by linear programming tool and sensitivity is analyzed,The corresponding linear programming tools are used to solve the problem,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out to find out the optimal solution of the system scheduling in order to improve the efficiency of the automated warehouse system.Finally,a simulation model is set by Flexsim software,the simulation and verification of the automated warehouse of auto parts logistics center,and a conclusion is obtained. |
