Nowadays it has 11 sets of CK1C diesel locomotive. In 2002, factory's rail transport are all using diesel locomotive. Since seventeen years ago, Hangzhou Iron and Steel diesel locomotive repair system repairs for the overhaul has been in use national railway standards, the face of rapidly changing external environment, the production of iron and steel industry, volatile situation and the various production plants continue to improve transport service quality requirements, Hangzhou Maintenance and Production of steel locomotive development and the outside world have become increasingly prominent contradiction between the situation, so the reform of Hangzhou Iron & Steel locomotive repairs for vehicle maintenance and service quality and management level is urgently imperative. In this paper, according to the using of quality management and quality assurance system, study the repairs of reform of rolling stock maintenance and repairing system, base on detailed analysis of the production process factors restricting the development of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Road. Through feasibility studies, we proposed a state of maintenance mode, changed the original repair procedure, work practices and environment, maintenance cycle programs, effectively reduced diesel locomotive maintenance of excess or inadequate maintenance, and evaluate the repair of locomotive repair job, maintenance of equipment of different post to give the corresponding partition coefficient in order to achieve Post fixed salary, and achieved a preliminary implementation of the reform program.After implemented the mode, Hangzhou Iron and Steel Road locomotive maintenance system according to technical condition of preventive maintenance models, effectively solved the traditional way due to excessive repair after repair, ensured the safety and reliability of diesel, effectively protecting the safety of rail transport, reliable, stable and efficient , also greatly increase maintenance efficiency, maintenance costs dropped significantly.
