Since EMU was put into operation in 2007,China has accumulated tens of thousands of operational and maintenance data of EMU,which contains performance variation rules and fault diagnosis information of EMU.With the continuous increase of the number of EMU allotments and the continuous increase of the service cycle and mileage,the problems such as the wear and tear of the mechanical parts,the aging of the electrical parts and the increase of the failure rate of the operation and maintenance of EMU become more prominent,and the maintenance cost also increases year by year.Therefore,the reform of EMU repair program system is imperative.How to use data rules to guide and verify the feasibility of the reform of EMU repair program system,and how to maximize the operation safety of EMU with the least maintenance cost and human resources is a major subject that we are currently facing.At present,compared with foreign countries,domestic four-party platform EMU primary and secondary maintenance cycle generally exists such problems as short maintenance cycle and frequent maintenance,which further leads to low utilization rate of EMU and can not meet the demand of passenger travel peak.Frequent maintenance increases the maintenance cost of EMU,and also leads to the risk of overmaintenance.The aim of the reform of EMU repair program is to reduce the maintenance cost of EMU and ensure the operation safety of EMU better by optimizing and prolonging the maintenance period of EMU.This paper takes Taiyuan Bureau Group Company Foursquare Platform EMU CRH380 A three-day mechanical inspection and CRH2 a /CRH380 A secondary repair and maintenance project extension of 60,000 km to 90,000 km cycle optimization as an example.Based on years of maintenance experience and a large amount of data analysis support,this paper carries out optimization cycle extension of repair and repair system reform of Foursquare Platform EMU primary and secondary repair and maintenance project.In the early stage,the feasibility analysis was carried out to develop the verification scheme and safeguard measures,and the phased verification was carried out scientifically in stages and batches.In the real vehicle verification stage,the EMU is evaluated by monitoring equipment and data analysis,and the state of the EMU is mastered dynamically.In the later stage,the feasibility verification data were analyzed by comparing the failure rate of one million kilometers of EMU and the failure rate of each system group,and the comprehensive evaluation of the verification results was made to propose the implementation plan of EMU repair system reform,providing strong support for the reform of EMU repair system.
