This article is based on the large steel bridge pavement stress finite element analysis; the maximum stress (tensile strain) of pavement appears in the conclusions of pavement surface. Pavement maximum transverse tensile stress occurs in the diaphragm near the top trapezoidal rib stiffeners and the spacer plate roof area, the maximum longitudinal tensile stress occurs at the top of the crossbeam, so easy to simultaneous diaphragm near the vertical and horizontal cracks, spacer plate at the top is easy to produce longitudinal cracks.Epoxy asphalt has its own particularity. In this paper, we evaluated its resist aging performance though drawing, viscosity, and ultraviolet radiation test, which prepares for the fatigue performance evaluation of epoxy asphalt mixture.Given the special performance of epoxy asphalt, this paper tests comparing the two kinds of control modes, those are trabecular bending fatigue test in stress control mode and strain control mode, designed the suitable fixture for epoxy asphalt mixture fatigue test, analyzed the accuracy of the two control methods fatigue test, and give some useful and feasible proposals for the laboratory testing and road testing.Combined with the fatigue properties of mixture, according to the damage of steel bridge deck forms, we analysis of the epoxy asphalt mixture fatigue damage mechanism, find the impact of epoxy asphalt the resistance to water damage to properties of several key factors - void, paving the waiting time, resin content, binder content. These factors were analyzed quantitatively; as the void increases, the epoxy fatigue properties of asphalt mixtures gets lower,3% void has the longest fatigue life; 60min for paving waiting time has the maximum fatigue life; test combined with maximum fatigue life when the epoxy compound A and B Asphalt's ratio is 1:5.2; as oil consumption increases, the epoxy asphalt mixture increases the number of absolute fatigue, content of 6.5% epoxy asphalt binder, the fatigue life is the longest.
