| Piles are widely used in civil engineering, as mainly bearing components under vertical loads. With constructed in large bridge engineering and high-rise buildings, the demand about bearing capacity and settlement of pile is higher and higher. When the static loading test is done for inspective testing piles, large-diameter piles and super-long piles, the test may be terminated without loaded to utmost bearing capacity. In this case, it is difficult to fully understand the vertical bearing behavior characteristics of piles. So How to analyze the vertical bearing behavior characteristics of single pile according to incomplete data of piles on the vertical loading test has the important practical significance. Based on the data of field test about inspection building of Rubber tires and Raw materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Shandong Province, the paper analyzes the vertical bearing behavior characteristics of single pile by prediction of the gray system theory and numerical simulation of the finite element method. The main research contents are summarized as follows:(1) The vertical static loading test and high strain dynamic are done to testing piles, to determine whether piles of the engineering satisfy the designed requirements by the test results.(2) According to incomplete data of the single pile on the vertical static loading test, to predict the vertical utmost bearing capacity of the single pile by GM (1,1) model of the gray system theory, and to analyze the reasonableness and error of results.(3) The load-settlement curve of the single pile is simulated by the finite element method, to contrast and analyze between the simulated load-settlement curve and data of the pile on the vertical loading test, and determine the utmost bearing capacity of the single pile.(4) The principles of pile-soil interaction are analyzed by the finite element method, to analyze the regularities of distribution and change about axial force of pile, friction of pile side, resistance of pile bottom and plastic deformation of soil on load, and analyze pile length, pile diameter and elastic modulus of pile how to affect the vertical bearing behavior characteristics of single pile. |
