For a long time, the government paid attention to a problem of the north building of energy-saving, formulated with a number of energy-related laws and regulations. However, the focus of energy conservation is the city, makes the rural area of energy conservation is relatively backward. Cold regions relative to city, residential building design standards and construction technology level was relatively backward in town. Which no effective control of indoor thermal environment, resulting in a high building energy consumption. In cold areas, this situation is extremely prominent. Town residential building energy saving and the achievement of reducing the overall building energy efficiency in China has an important practical significance.Through investigation for the actuality of rural residence and the energy efficiency level in XinJiang area, acquaintance to rural residence's constructing condition,buildings' energy consumption and thermal comfort. According to the XinJiang natural climatic conditions, the article elaborated the two points of the building itself design and the use of solar energy for dwelling-house of energy-saving design research respectively, and through the quantitative one experiment project as an example, expounds the detailed energy-saving design dwelling-house technology.Through the investigation of the house's construction situation of Xinjiang area, the consumption of villages are not optimistic, main energy problem is:residential planning construction lags behind, the thermal insulation performance is poor, resource waste is serious, the renewable energy efficiency is low. According to the existing problems, and proposes a Xinjiang dwelling-house energy-saving technology: reasonable layout for residential, combining local heat preservation material to strengthen construction of the heat preservation, control, shape coefficients of passive solar houses, the application of energy-saving design and the use of solar energy throughout the whole of architectural design. A set of Xinjiang exploration for cold and energy saving design of the houses of villages and towns of Xinjiang technology, energy-saving design research provides valuable reference.At last the paper demonstrates an energy-efficient retrofit design of a house with the strategies and methods mentioned above, through computer simulation analysis, the energy conservation retrofit scheme determined, and the transformation of the test project after a heating period of follow-up tests,The paper evaluates the benefits of energy-efficient design and the method to realize low-energy consumption strategy. The average temperature of main rooms in the coldest month is 16.6℃, less than 3 degrees Celsius temperature fluctuations,qc=23.1kg/m2, thought before energy-efficient retrofit design, the average temperature of main rooms in the coldest month is 13℃, the highest temperature fluctuations to 10 degrees Celsius, qc=51kg/m2.The coal consumption in all the heating time is 2.5 ton compared with the typical model. It has been decreases 3 ton. The whole energy-efficient is 55%.
