Shear connectors of steel - concrete composite beam are crucial to components working together. At present, the commonly used shear connectors mainly have stud, perfobond shear connectors and so on. Industry always research and development the new shear connectors that are the effective transmission capacity, low cost and easy construction.This paper optimized design the corrugated perfobond shear connectors by the exiting perfobond shear connectors. The connectors have two openings wave plate that are welded along the direction connecting steel webs, reinforced steel through the hole in the wave penetration, the connecting steel and the concrete in the hole formed the reinforced concrete shear tenons.This paper analyzed the Anti-slipping performance, Anti-cuts the performance and the Stress mechanism of corrugated perfobond shear connectors by experiment on a steel-concrete composite beam with twin perfobond shear connectors and a steel-concrete composite beam with twin corrugated perfobond shear connectors. And those indexs were contrasted with perfobond shear connectors. The results suggested that the mechanics property of this connector is well and the anti-slippery on corrugated perfobond shear connectors is better than the performances of connectors. In this paper, finite element model were established based on the experiment results, the finite element analysis was carried, and the experiment results and the finite element analysis results were contrasted. The overall, the establishment finite element model may the good simulation component's anti-slipping performance, anti-cut the performance and the destruction shape. Finally, finite element model with the single line corrugated perfobond shear connector were established, the finite element contrastive analysis were carried. The result indicated that the steel-concrete composite beam with twin perfobond shear connectors stress was more reasonable, the anti-slipping and anti-cuts the performance to surpass the single line shear connector.Corrugated perfobond shear connectors as a new type of steel plate shear connections connectors have obvious advantages, the research of this shear connections connectors is noval and engineering applications.
