| Externally prestressed box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new structure type of bridges in the world. It improved on the conventional box-girder of prestressed concrete and was looked upon to combine with top-and-bottom concrete board ,external tendons and corrugated steel webs. It has took advantage of material characters of reinforcing steel bar and concrete, so it has been widely applied in Occident and Japan.In the structural design of externally prestressed box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, it is pivotal to design how to connect corrugated steel webs to other parts, which has a direct bearing on the capacity of the whole composite beams. Reasonable design of shear connector need availably control of horizontal shearing force between steel webs.In this paper, after experimental studies of Perfobond Strip connector and bend bar connector under static loading and observing the destructive phenomena, the test try to find out that whether there were any influence in capacity of shear connectors on types of shear connector ,diameter of orifice in the steel plate and whether there was perforative steel bar. The test showed that when the diameter of orifice in the steel plate largened reasonably, the capacity of shear connector improved; when perforative steel bar was put into Perfobond Strip connector, the capacity improved too and it had better continual character; bend bar shear connector was also a new type of shear connector, which had a wider applied foreground. |
