The twenty-first century is the full implementation of energy-efficient countries in the world the era,while the building energy conservation is of concern to all countries in the world aspects。The so-called building energy efficiency,it is not only building their own energy-saving,but also by other factors,constitutes a comprehensive,which includes the general layout of buildings,building retaining structure of the external insulation,heat insulation properties。The current construction of energy-saving wall in general practice is to use EPS composite wall exterior insulation。By country of the current building energy efficiency standards,such as energy-saving 65% in the Northeast to reach the standard,EPS insulation board thickness of 80mm~100mm or so,in the villa building,EPS insulation board to achieve even thickness of 150mm,so not only increases the cost,but also of the construction will cause some inconvenience,at the same time will make the overall system, there are a lot of EPS seams,there are a large number of EPS slab,forming a number of thermal bridges,making it difficult to further improve building system,energy-saving effect。Walls in the construction area,with the energy-saving environmental protection policies promulgated by the state,common interior wall paint there are many deficiencies,and some properties of paint itself is not good,the construction work face large,individual paint itself there are toxic substances,but interior wall paint biggest shortcoming is that a high absorption rate , while reflecting poor performance , resulting from the temperature difference between interior and exterior walls due to cracking phenomenon。But with the advent of heat-reflective insulation coating to solve a lot of heat problems,but are generally used in wall or the outer surface of an object,while the interior aspects of applied research are few。Major studies in this paper is to use heat-reflective coating and the exterior insulation board combined into a system to achieve energy-saving purpose,is largely modeled on the basis of experimental study of some of the existing data , by scanning electron microscopy analysis of incorporation of micro-thermal heat-reflective coating microspheres of the mechanism,and experiments with thermal performance analysis of building materials with the kind of heat-reflective coating and brushing the surface of ordinary paint temperature。Finally,the use of two existing houses to complete the heat-reflective coating and the exterior insulation combination of experiments。This paper studies the results showed that:The heat-reflective coating and thermal properties of ordinary paint experimental research,brushing the surface of the heat-reflective coating materials,can reduce the surface temperature of building materials to improve the surface insulation materials。Through the heat-reflective coating and the exterior insulation system performance studies,can be drawn,including brushing the wall surface of the heat-reflective coating can reduce the wall surface temperature,increased wall insulation,insulation role;and can also reduce the as a result of large indoor and outdoor temperature difference between the internal and external wall and the insulation board cracking,to improve the temperature of the wall。Meanwhile,in determining the overall energy consumption comparison,the brushing heat-reflective coating has increased the temperature of the house,the overall power consumption low,20.7% energy saving,and thus can achieve better energy saving effect and a certain economy。This will save energy,protect the environment are of great significance。...
