The Study Of Switching System And Project Management System For Power System

In the modern world, electrical power energy has been the main energy in all fields of social activity and daily life, and even could not be replaced by other kinds of energy in the future. The establishment of standard modern enterprise management system of power industry, and the improvement of its ability of information processing by advanced tools and device , is the requirement of market economy. The construction of power industry informatization, which transfers the operation and management from the traditional style into the highly intensive, automatic and information-based modern industry style, which is the key issue for power industry development. Power system operation ticket system and project management system are two important software systems of power industry informatization. In this thesis, the studies about operation ticket system and project management system are focused and the contents of the paper are arranged as follows.1.An improved automatic switching method is proposed. The features of the method are as following:(1)Acquiring present graphics information by one time procedure, which separates the inference processing from the graphics, makes the algorithm to have a low computational complexity.(2)During the inference process of rule tree, all disorder and permutations and combination are decomposed into various possible branches, which leads the solutions scheme to be comleteness.(3)The method acquiring the rules by the sequence of the rule generation, gets rid of the repeatable processing of redundant nodes, and simplifies the inference process.2.Based on the rule checking and locking mutually, a practical operation ticket system is developed. which realizes the auto and half-auto ticket writing.3.A practical project management system based on the B/S style is developed by the .NET technology. The system consists of 7 modules, including the login module, the registering module, the processing management module, the engineering ending module, the files management module, the querying module and the system setting module. The realization of the above functions solves the problem of remote file transferring and countersignature, visualization and reminding of the project schedule. Also, the above functions realize the scientific and ordered management of project and the office automation.
