Chemical enterprises as continuous production enterprises, is always demanding a high reliability for the power system. Especially in recent years, as enterprises'scale continues to expand and automation control level gradually improves, higher demands are necessary to the power supply network of automation control system, and thus it is of great significance to conduct such related research which can promote safety, steadily, high production and efficiency of enterprise production. Based on the working experience and revamping and construction of power supply network automation in Tianji Group, this paper analyzes some technical problems in power supply network automation applying to chemical enterprise from three aspects of integrated substation automation, control system of captive power plant and 6kV power system neutral-point operation mode.Firstly, this paper discusses some problems in integrated substation automation, such as different composition, data communication, functional requirement and so on. At the same time, this paper presents some problems needing attention and technical solution in the process of general integrated substation automation applying to chemical business according to its own characteristics of chemical enterprises due to corrosive gas existing at the field and poor operating environment, etc.Secondly, this paper introduces the application of microcomputer automatic quasi-synchronization device and the control system of PLC disconnection and deloading as well as the relevant technical revamp. Captive power plant is a very important part in the process of production which plays two main roles in power supply and steam adjustment, which in turn has a close relation to the security, steadily of production. Some problems are discussed in detail in this paper, such as type selection of equipment, synchronism point preferences, logic analysis, programming etc.Finally, for matching with the whole power supply network automation, and according to the fact of electric cable circuit being numerous, the capacity current being big, the actual circumstance existing corrosive gas in Tianji Group 6 kV power supply system, this paper presents the revamping project of isolated neutral system becoming low resistance system after analyzing merits and faults of each different neutral ground. As a result it can form the integrated zero-sequence current protection for the ground fault. |
