Automatic substation relay protection is an important part of the electrical system affecting the normal operation of the entire system.This article first from the relay protection of the technical development and the form of relay protection were briefly described,but also for the chemical industry in the original form of a single relay protection are introduced.After that,based on the valuable experience of the development of relay protection system at home and abroad,combined with the actual operation experience of chemical enterprises,the old relay protection mode is designed and researched on the overall upgrading of microcomputer protection of substation automation.This article describes in detail the functional characteristics of each module of the system and the ways and means of designing and studying the application.First of all,this article analyzes the relay protection of single substation in some chemical enterprises and the poor interrelationship between them.It is found that the function of relay protection needs to be improved and the substation automation needs to be improved.After that,the overall design idea of ??automatic transformation of substation in chemical industry was constructed according to the above problems.First of all,this paper summarizes the characteristics and structure of the computer protection and relay protection system,and then analyzes in a comprehensive way how the over-limit is generated and corresponding adjustment methods,and designs the corresponding control scheme,Regulation rules generated by different system judgments.For the control of automatic substation adjustment,the use of the 9 zone map / 17 zone map control strategy.The final application of the default 17 district map algorithm,and according to the application requirements of the corresponding system configuration,system parameters.In the relay protection system set up the corresponding transformer put into operation conditions and the necessary blocking conditions,through the use of different permissions set the debugging function,at the same time for each link changes to generate action briefings to query the fault record.Finally,a typical distribution system has been transformed into a microcomputer-based protection system for substation automation.The cause of a misoperation during operation has been analyzed,and an improvement plan has been put forward.
