At present,China is developing the EPC general contract mode for project contracting.The captive thermal power plant projects are mostly contracted out in EPC mode due to the complexity,short construction period and professionalism.In recent years,the competition of the EPC project of the captive thermal power plant has become increasingly fierce,and the profit of the project has been decreasing continuously.Projects contracted in EPC mode have become more risky for general contractors.Therefore,strengthening project cost risk management has important practical significance.Taking the completed captive thermal power plant projects of company Z as the research objects to construct captive thermal power plant of EPC project’s cost risk management system.(1)By sorting and summarizing the company Z’s project information,using the checklist method to compile the first version of the project cost risk checklist,using Delphi method to cooperate with the questionnaire survey,optimize the first version of the checklist,and finally identify the captive thermal power plant of EPC project’s cost risk factors.(2)Use questionnaire surveys and quantitative statistical analysis methods to evaluate the cost risk,calculate the probability and the cost impact of risk factors,use statistical methods and SPSS2.0 to calculate the confidence interval and risk value,and determine the risk level.Organize expert meetings and use brainstorming method to analyze the response strategies and effects of various risk factors during the implementation of the company Z’s captive thermal power plant EPC projects,and finally make reasonable response suggestions for cost risks.Combined with the company Z’s project Y which is under construction,using the cost risk management system constructed in this thesis to identify and evaluate the project’s cost risk,and make reasonable suggestions for project cost risk response.According to the actual implementation of the project Y,the cost risk management constructed in this thesis demonstrates the correctness of the system and the effectiveness of coping strategies.
