Research On Importing The Ecological Concept To The Village Planning

The 21^st century is an era of sustainable development as well as an era of ecological civilization . However, with the urbanization progress continously advancing and the rural industry developing quickly,the agroecological environment and the agricultural resources have been being dameged to some degree,and at present many problems have appeared in the rulral areas,such as , the spreading rural environmental pollution caused by industrial'three wastes',the severely damaged agriculture ground flora,the reducing agricultural forest areas,the serious water loss and soil erosion in rural areas,the waste of energy and so on .Especially in traditional village planning practice, both the laws of the nature-oriented village ecosystem and the introducing of the ecological concepts have not been paid much attention to, resulting in the deterioration of the village soft and hard environments and the breaks of the ecological strand, the strained relations between man and nature, the decling of nature's resilience ,the trend of biodiversity degradation, and other significant ecological risks. So ,the study on importing the elcological concepts to the planning of the village not only is the vital breakthrough to solve the ecological and environmental problems in villages but also is urgently demanded in promoting the building of the new socialist countryside .This paper reviewed the theories and practice about the planning of the village and the study of ecological concepts at home and abroad,learned the advanced experice from foreigns as well as sumed up the inadequacies of the domestic and foreign village planning; analyzed the relevent domestic laws and regulations, the functions and significant impact of importing ecological concepts to the planning of the village , and the ecological defects and their severe concequences existing in the system of the traditional village planning ,the eco-village planning ,the new socialist countryside planning;took the farmers'requirements of the new socialist countryside construction into consideration ,based on ecology,summarised the composing elements,functions,characteristics and evolution of the village ecosystems in the natural state,the traditional state ,the modern state and the state of the village planning; constructed the content system of village planning based on the ideas of building the eco-villages ,which mainly includes four content systems about the producers,the consumers ,the ecosystem decomposers and the non-living environment in the village ecological system.in the paper ,the content system of village planning ,based on ecological concepts,was constructed and explained in detail ,showing that the serving targets of villages focus on'production,life and ecology';trying to create villages as'ecological cells'with vitality and,one more step further,regional'eco-cell network'. And in the paper ,Shangxiang ,Wuzhong district,Suzhou city has been selected as a case to be prepared and planned by using the approaches of the village planning and preparing which has imported the ecological concepts.It is hoped that the research can help solve the ecological problems existing in the villages'environment now and that it may provide some significant exploration for the theories and practice of the village planning in our country.
