The Study On Content Of The Guogou Village Of Ecological Planning In The Tangshan City

The majority of farmers demand the living environment should get better, urgently enjoy the increasingly modern civilization, as the economic development and the social progress in China.Which means that the demand for natural resources will be increasing, the pressure of natural environment will be larger.and the deterioration of the natural environment will be larger.The new rural construction planning vigorously began since the CPC Central Committee and State Council advanced the constructionof the new socialist countryside.The deterioration of the ecological environment in rural areas will be further because of the unreasonable construction of new countryside.In order to avoid emergening the trend of ecological deterioration, in the constuction of new rural villages, the paper stady on the Guogou villages of ecological planning in the Tangshan city.The village of ecological planning, principle of ecology-oriented, involves the planning of the entire complex ecosystem, their theories and methods are also being gradually improved, until now the village of ecological planning does not have a standard to follow. Mountainous area of Hebei Province, accounted for 48.1% of the total of the province area.The mountain's natural and ecological environment are fragile,ecological sensitivity is higher to be prone to the problem of natural environment. This study pointed out the village construction not only should be conducive to economic development but also to avoid causing environmental pollution and ecological damage in the process of village construction, It is very importance for the study of the village ecosystem planning how the social and economic development and environmental protection coordinate healthy development in the village.Which based on the sensitive, fragile and unstable character of the natural environment of mountain area in Hebei province, which servicing for the Hebei province and Beijing-Tianjin region of ecosystem, and combined with ecological status of environmental damage and pollution in the mountain village of Hebei Province.Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign ecological theory and practice,on the village of ecological planning and construction of the current situation, the paper summarized successful experience on the village of ecological planning and construction and mastered the latest research on ecological planning at home and abroad, then the paper bring forward the focus on the village of ecological planning. This study based on the Guogou village of ecological planning in the Tangshan city, from the ecological point of view, through field investigation collecting relevant information of ecological planning, and the evaluation of these data status, ecological suitability and sensitivity analysis. In the Guogou village, the investigation process adopted the form of the issuance of farmers and questionnaires , to achieve the public purpose of the common parameters;contacted experts and the organization of the government in order to integrate all information, data and bring forward the basic principles of eco-village planning. The ecological function areas of the village planning and the environmental functional area planning based on the analysis of ecological factors, ecological environmental sensitivity , ecological services environmental capacity and the suitable capacity of population projections,in the Guogou village of Tangshan city. The ecological industrial and ecological security planning based on the ecological function areas, the environmental functional area and the theory of eco-industries and eco-resources. The construction planning of the village based on the village of ecological planning in the ecological control region and also proposed the implementation of technical measures of ecological planning and management measures.This study brought forward the principles of ecological planning, content and the protection of the basic measures implementation of ecological planning, Through theoretical analysis and practical case studies. This study broadens the vision on the research of new rural construction planning, which provide new ideas and thought for the new rural planners, promote rural the sustainable, healthy and coordinated development of economy, society and natural environment.
